Our office provides several birth control methods for our patients. These include birth control pills, “the patch,” “the ring,” as well as IUD’s such as Liletta and Paragard, the three-month “Depo shot” and barrier methods such as the diaphragm and cervical caps. We give referrals for male and female sterilizations.

Dr. Cousins is experienced in IUD placement and removal. She routinely numbs the cervix so that insertion pain is minimal and additional pain relief is available.
